What to Expect

You can expect to feel welcomed.

You will be greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine heart. Our normal attire consists of a few folks in coats and ties, but most are dressed more casually. You will receive a bulletin and a visitor card. We are happy to answer any of your questions before you visit or while you are here. Please know you are welcome to sit wherever you like.

What time is the worship service?

Worship begins at 9:30

Our worship service begins at 9:30. After this, we have a time of fellowship with refreshments. Our Sunday school follows this from 11:10 to 12:00. If you want to have some refreshments in our fellowship hall or speak with some folks before the worship service, you may want to get here by 9:10 or 9:15. Otherwise, arriving by 9:25 will give you enough time to find a seat in our sanctuary.

Where to park – There is reserved parking for visitors near the front of the church facility, but feel free to park wherever you prefer. We also have overflow parking on the grass behind the church.

Handicap Parking – For those with disabilities, handicap parking is located beside the covered walkway that leads into the side of the church facility. If you enter here, there are no steps to navigate in order to enter the sanctuary or fellowship hall.

What about kids?

We encourage you to bring your children no matter what their age.

Children are welcome in our worship service! We also have these options in order to serve you and your younger children:

Nursery – A nursery is available every Sunday.

Children’s church is available on each Sunday except the last Sunday of the month.

Cry Room – A cry room is located in a room across the hall from the sanctuary. The worship service can be watched from this room as well as a television in the hall.

How long is the service?

Our service typically ends at about 10:40.

After the service, please take a minute to say “Hello” to our pastor who will be near the front entrance (in the foyer). This will give him the opportunity to welcome you and give you a small gift in appreciation of your visit.

Communion

The Lord’s Supper

We celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the second Sunday of each month. Our service ends around 10:50 when we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. You don’t need to be a member to join us in this. We do ask those younger children who have not shared their faith with church leaders and been taught about this celebration to refrain from participating until that joyful day.
